Why did Rama Kill Bali as it says in Ramayan? Bali was stronger and he had enough points for argument too?

Ramayan says so.
Bali actually worshipped Raman and he was a true devotee of the God.
In the death bed he asks Rama the same question, but Rama's explanations are not so good to beleive. because u took the brother's wife as yours, but she liked it and his brother later took the same as his own wife too(thara).

The things that we read are epic and we don't need to think whether it happened or not.We need to grasp the message given in it.

when i read mahabharata i found that krishna was dishonest in the way he won the war.I lost lost faith in him.

Even vivekananda said kicking a football would make you step near heaven , not bhagavat gita.

So friends please don't get involved in the characters in those epics.

One question IF YOU THINK GOD'S MORE POWERFUL WHY SHOULD CREATE THESE EPICS IN SUCH A MANNER THAT ITS CONTRADICTORY.WHY ISN'T LIKE BALI IS NOT ADEVOTEE OF RAMA.MAYBE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE AGREED IT.It's written by humans. And humans are prone to error.

I DO BELEIVE IN GOD, BUT MY PERCEPTION OF GOD DIFFERS FROM U ALL

Just think the other way,

1.Ram didn't kill Bali

2.Bali easily killed Sugreev (he was more powerful)

3.Bali don't help Rama coz he was on his brother's side.

4. There is no other king to help Rama as everyone else fears Ravana.

5. Ravana continues becoming more & more powerful ( & greedy too )and it takes some time to conquer him.

you see, in Ramayana, Rama was portrayed as a normal human being ( & not as a god)

Killing Bali was a strategy to get the support from Sugreev later on.

Otherwise it would have been very difficult for Rama to kill him

It also shows that Rama sacrifices all of his good image just to save the humanity from the evil acts of Ravana.

P.S. - Even if Bali didn't have enough points to prove his argument, it was totally wrong to kill someone powerful than you by betraying him

That is the unsolved question asked time and again from the days of Rama himself.

Rama acted like an ordinary person. My friend's enemy is my enemy. Moreover Sugriva was also in a similar situation like Rama. Both lost their kingdom and wife. So mutual sympathy and understanding.

That is a blot on Rama. The writer of the epic wanted to project that even God has to act as human being when born on this earth.

Reason:

Vali did not hear Sugriva after he returned back he started beating him , he took away Sugriva's wife

Why Rama ?

Lord Rama was a kshatriya ,he was a representative of Bharath , as Bharath was the King of the world .So any injustise it is his duty to set things right on behalf of Bharath

Why from behind ?

Vali was gifted a boon that anyone who wish to fight with him face to face ,all the powers of the contender will be acquired by Vali leaving the contender powerless

So it very illogical to expect Lord Rama to win in dual battle with Vali Though he disapproved , later he was pacified by Lord rama

Rama was the king and since Bali took his brother's wife, he was to be killed. Same way why Ravan was killed by Rama for taking away Sita.I think you got it right.

because he was an cheater, who had vested intrests in sugriv empire,he was an coward ,if he was a real warrior he is going to fight with bali from front as a lion fight,he knows that if he will fight like this Bali will through him like an elephant bali was right on his place.if you will have sexual relations with my wife, and you had became owner of my property, what i will think of you ? this idiot only through out his innocent wife sita out of home due to a washerman conspiracy.he had no trust in the great wife, who always love and respect him so much,i imagine even most bad husband in modern world will not do like this. this fool leave ayodhya on dasrath order great was Bhisma pitamah who not leave the home and he take care of his father empire for so many years.he holds the resposibility after father death of the empire, those who run from from world are coward. if you see critically there was so many defects in ram be critical brother in life dont accept anything as it is given in any book

Ramayan is not based on actual events. Ram never made any bride. Ravan never allowed any bridge. Making boats is easy as compared to making bridge etc.

if you start comparing the characters, finally we have to approve that every character which was portrayed as evil has more good than the ones portrayed as gods.

Draupadi in Mahabharath, having sex with 5 men yet she is considered pure

Yudhistra, this bugger actually kept his wife and lost her too for gambling, and surprise--all brothers followed him

case of Duroyodhan, no were you will find such a noble heart who has shared his kingdom with Karna just for the love of his friendship, stiill he was the main villain in the epic

case of Krishna--he betrayed Duryodhan in the war by helping incapable Arjuna (Eklavya was more capable and powerful than this bugger Arjuna)

In Ramayana too you will find such horrible situations,

Rama was no equeal to Ravana, as a true devotee of God Brahma to his music sense to his great fighting skills

Rama would never have won this war with Ravana if he was not supported logistically by Ravana's brother Vibhushana

even though Ravana took Sita by force, he never tried to misbehave with her at anytime, atleast that's what the epic says

But Rama, even after losing hundreds of men in the war and retrieving Sita, yet he doubted her purity

Ofcourse in case with Bali too...instead of being neutral to the fight between Bali and Sukreev, he showed his shady side yet we are to beleive in him and worship him as god..

no wonder why we hate our politicians so much and yet we vote for them and make our leaders again and again...probably that is what we have in our genes and were taught to..

Suppose you were Rama and your brother took your freind's wife and kingdom. Would you be quite and not help your friend get back his things? Even if your freind's brother has worshipped you.

Even If Bali had worshipped Rama, he had done evil and doubted Sugreev, his own brother's, loyalty. That is why Rama killed Bali.
