It depends on her age. What you don't want to do is force her to repress. This is because, it can lead her to having issues down the road. The spiritual realm is not religion. It just simply exists. Children are more apt to see across from the physical into the spiritual, because they haven't been introduced to false dogma and societal perceptions. The reason you don't want to urge her to suppress this is that it will affect social growth and ability to have normal friendships and relationships. It she has some spirits who are friends, she can't tell the difference between them and a physical friend. A majority of the time these are not demonic spirits. Many cases I've studied (as a demonologist) they're a spirit that in life had close ties to the family. What you want to watch is her demeanor. If her attitude begins shifting to not listening to you, or angry outbursts that seem abnormal for her standard temperament, then she may be the 1% minority who has a demonic attachment, but that's rarely the case. If I were you, take part in this as if she made physical friends. Ask her to tell you about her friends, as you would if she made a new friend at school. She will grow out of this, but doing these things now helps her to maintain positive growth, and shows her you care about who she's associating with. You'll be able to tell by the details she gives over time, if these are a product of her imagination. The reason I ask you treat her as if she's playing with friend, is that if these are spirits, to her their not. Children who see spirits can't see the difference between the physical and non, so it attempt to get her to repress this and close off her seeing will cause her to be confused as to what you see these friends as being bad and not allowed, while other friends she has are acceptable. I hope that makes sense.

Imaginary friends are guides for children through the life they live. Some times ignored Imaginary Friends change because the child has changed. Children make stories for their imaginary friends to live. The childs mind is so strong it can create anything. Polterguis are caused by emotional teens. why cant they be caused by emotional children as well. No Imaginary friends do not become demons. and spirits can harm a child whom it seems as a threat. The child may just have seen something that allowed his thinking pattern to change. Maybe sitting down and talking could help.

It may not be truly demonic but its definitly not good either. I would tell the family to bless and cleanse any house they move into especailly if those kids have kids. This thing will most likely follow them and keep an eye on them until its either destroyed or moves on.

There are spirits or beings that do play with kids and arent evil, sometimes their just old relatives or just happened to be in the area or even knew the child in a past life.

it was a demon. Demons are known for this. The Child meets something, They rationalize it and think Logically like society tells them to, they say they have an imaginary friend. Demons also like to impersonate ghosts. Demons talk, when a person dies and someone makes up a story, the Demons impersonate the chrachteristics of that person in there house or the location, to show people that sould don't go somewhere after death. Which they do, Heaven or Hell. But Demons are very deceptive. Make sure you have the power of Jesus on your side.

The Djinn are more likely to terrorize than a Demon. Go buy a Qur'an or go online to www.quran.org and read chapter 72; it explains how the Djinn were made like humans with the ability to be nice or nasty.

ALL Demons were labled as Angels at one point in time -- it was not "evil malicious behavior" that cause them to get a new name.

However, whenever we want to blame any negative actions; we pick a Demon -- mostly due to the Church...and we often times over look that it could be a human spirit gone bad; or the Djinn.

Children are very suspectible to ghost and demons, as they are known to be innocent they can easily see and associate with spirits. Mostly demons becasue nice ghost never harm anyone. Sometimes demons follow families until a house is blessed. Have thefamily bless the house. It could be a demon.

Not necessarily a demon but definitely a spirit from the darker side. There are varying degrees of them and unfortunately they will play the Devil's tricks and try to lure you with kindness. Bless them. Hope they've found peace by now.

it could have been both. it is possible that he had more than one spirit contacting him. when someone can sense spirits other spirits can be attracted to this person. his friend was probably a spirit guide, then that could have attracted a ghost.not all ghost are bound to one place and the ghost could have scared him since it was not the same friend as before.

Demon = ghost.

I've seen some REAL footage, not fake, and it involved the same situation as the story you gave.

There was a boy and his father living in a house. Sometimes the father would hear the boy talking in his room. When the boy went out of his room, his father would ask who he was talking to. He would say that it was his imaginary friend.

His father set up a video camera one day and saw footage that his son was being chased around the house by a black, quick figure.

It's scary, but it's true.

Prob. Demons, but God puts his mark on them from the mouth of man, and casts them to hell where they belong. Pretty scary, but spirits can be just as nasty.

it could be either, but in alot of cases they pretend to be little children so they are invited in, then slowly start to reveal themselves...alot of the times when children have imaginary friends its normally a ghost, but then as they get older, theyll be left alone...there was a case, they made a movie from it but cannt remember..this little boy was taken to the park to play, i think by his dad, or someone...he met another little boy who asked him if he could play with him and the other little boy said sure...after playing it was time to go home and the other little boy asked if he could go with him, and he said sure..when they got to the front door the little boy asked if he could go inside to play and they said yes...it turned out that little boy was a spirit of a demon, who later revealed himself....all i can say is if your children start to have imaginary friends take a closer look

I'd say it was an evil spirit or demon. It certainly wasn't anything good.
