Apollo and Artemis. The Greeks had two types of bow, one for war and the other for hunting.
Apollo was the god of archery in war, and Artemis of the hunt. The two also used their bows and arrows to strike down people as the gods of plague and disease. Artemis was the killer of girls and women, and Apollo the slayer of men and boys. The Greeks imagined that plagues and the like were the power of gods.
There is a myth that Apollo once mocked the archery of Eros, the little god of love. The boy was annoyed and shot Apollo with an arrow of love to make him fall in love with Daphne, while he struck Daphne with a lead tipped arrow to make her cold. Apollo lost, since his love was denied.

In Greek mythology, Artemis was the daughter of Zeus and Leto and the twin sister of Apollo. She was usually depicted as the maiden goddess of the hunt, bearing a bow and arrows. Later she became associated with the moon, as her brother was with the sun. Apollo's most common attributes were the bow and arrow and he was an excellent archer.

not sure about greek mythology i would guess apollo, as for who shot the 10 suns down in china houyi a god that came to the human world during the time of the pre-historic Emperor Yao. At that time, there were ten suns that rose at the same time over the sky, Houyi aimed at the suns and started to shoot. One by one, the suns disappeared from the sky at the shot of Houyi's arrows. Knowing that people and creatures would need sunlight, Houyi shot down nine suns and left the last one to shine in the sky.
