I know where Mermaids came from, drunk saliors seeing seals sunning themselves on rocks, Dragons came from the chinese finding dinosaur fossils, Witchs came from insane women who are normaly blind with hate so they mix poisons and cackle and spout curses that come true out of fear and sometimes coincidence......and whatever else, was there once some sort of disease that dissolved blood and killed a person....(that could have created the idea of blood sucking bats turned human....) or one that made hair grow like crazy all over the body and made the person go mad?? (Werewolves?)
Or were they just randomly imagined?

Some anthropologists believe that these monsters were made up as a result of serial murders. In the minds of the people of the communities affected, it was inconceivable that a person/ human could commit such atrocities so they imagined supernatural creatures and demons to be responsible.

There have been many answers to the begining of vampires but the first would be the historical figure of Vlad Drakul a Romanian dictator who would impale his enemies heads on pikes around the castle. Others include aristocrasy who thought bathing in the blood of virgins would give them eternal youth. As for werewolves, there is a mutation in some humans that cause hair to be grown all over their body, in the dark ages seeing someone with this mutation would lead them to believe they were half man half wolf. There are also tribes who believe in shape shifters, people who could change at will into animals. There are many other answers out there the best way for you to get more answers is to do a simple search for "Vampire origins" and "Werewolves origin" on the internet.

Stoker's vision of blood-sucking beings originated from an ancient belief in beings who could actually drain the life energy from a person. Today we call them "psychic vampires" and they are real. If you think it fantasy consider this: an entire branch of healing centers on a healer directing energy to a client to promote healing and health. If it can be given, it stands to reason it can also be removed, doesn't it? As far as werewolves, however, I can't comment. One legend that still fascinates me was actually made into a movie. During the 18th century, France was terrorized by a creature known as the Beast of Gevaudan. The toll in human lives, which were almost exclusively women and children was well over 100 in number, during a 4 year period. Anyways, what is interesting is that this beast was supposed to have resembled an enormous wolf and the king dispatched his best hunters to kill it, with little effect. In an act of deception that rivals Hitler's best, one of his hunters killed a wolf randomly and claimed it was the beast. Paraded it on the streets of Paris and royal decree was that the beast was finally dead. My point is that the human species has been exposed to deceptions like this for eons...who's to say, it's not in someone's master plan to keep werewolves as creaures of fiction...like they do, say, aliens?

Vampires have shown up in legends and myths all through history all over the world. Some people believe this is proof enough for them to exist(as i do). Werewolves have been in myths and legends for as long as recorded history. Though there is a disease which causes extreme hair growth. This may have been a bases for some of these legends. This is all the information I have on this subject, though i do have more info on real life vamps if your interested.

We do exist. Vampires are not like those in the movies or books, we don't drain unwilling victims of their blood. We have kind people who are called donors and they give us the blood or energy we need. Vampires are people who have energy deficiency and need to get that energy by taking it from other people. We don't die in the sun, can't fly, no super powers, can cross running water, garlic, holy water and the cross don't phase us (because we are not demons we are just different to normal people), we can see better at night than in the day, heightened senses, we do age(just not as fast) and we aren't immortal. There are three types of vampires sang vamp, psi vamp and hybrid.

Sang vamp is short for sanguinarius vampire these are the ones that need blood. They get sunburnt really fast(I can only last 30mins before getting sun burnt with sunblock on). They get sluggish durring the day but really active at night.

Psi vamp is short for psychic vampire. They don't drink blood but feed from chi energy instead. They can get this from touching somone or just being close to another person. The person doesn't even know most of the time and only feel a bit drained of energy but that goes away soon after. Most psi vamps don't even know what they are doing and can even feed while they sleep. They can also go to the astral plane.

I am a hybrid myself, we are both sang and psi vamps. I am more sang than psi though and need blood to get my energy but chi energy sustains me.

I hope that shed some light on this for you for more info feel free to email me

when you die, your corpse stiffens up, then relaxes and all your juices settle. after you've been buried for a month or so, the gases do some funny stuff.

when ppl exhumed bodies for one reason or other after a recent burial, and punctured or cut the skin, it would appear that the corpse was bleeding and so people jumped to the conclusion that the person was walking dead and somehow obtaining fresh blood. and vampires were born. :)

not sure about the werewolves though.

Correction, vampires and werewolves were not imagined, I know a werewolf but I have heard of the reality of vampires.

But if they didn't exist, I'd guess they'd come from random imagination, stories made up - how was Jesus, Buddha, Father Christmas, the Hindu gods and Mohammad, etc made up? Same way I could make up that there was a thirteen eyed massive spider stuck to the ceiling the size of a car! Back to reality...

In mythology they have been acclaimed their fiction from mythic explanations:

Let's start with vampires seen as it was the first one listed:

Modern day vampires (their image) came from an extension of Bram Stoker's book of which he could not think nothing more but the ancient cultures, he invented most of the vampire's characteristics.

But we have no idea of where werewolves came from as there are so many influences of the same image all over the world, even in places they are either extinct or never lived there. So how'd they explained that, but if werewolves did not connect with these countries, nor wolves, then surely wolves or werewolves did exist and/or the myths were imported or their reality was.

When I was at school my English teacher on a few occasions told me to invent stories of which I invented my own creatures or invented new opinions of the already existent background of them. It is easy, trust me.

Someone would of originally invented them.

Understand me, that there is still a possibility these still could of existed and I have evidential information. I have used and edited this to make more sense and I have given four years to the biology of lycanthropy. Please respect my work and copy it for informational purposes only.

Bit of science:

Let's start with vampires - they are driven by a bacteriophage based on blood, it'll eat blood until there is nothing left and that's why they'll need new blood and not too sure on how it works but the vampirism captures four genes, bacteriophage, something that gives them fangs, something that makes them allergic to Vitamin D, usually via sun rays, either instant or over time and something bacterial flushing, re-animating them, giving them a close to immortality age, like 1,000 years at maximum, theoretical the bacteriophage.

I have sourced this from someone else's work but I can't give it a 100% positive.

Yet I do know alot on werewolves, with 100% reality on werewolves.

I think you have coined what a werewolf is from films, not from reality. Yes there are many forms and are actually all of them, it is all to do with the gamma spectrum.

I'll provide some information of the science of werewolves in reality and you will be able to assimilate what they are really, I know they go by things like magic, etc but I have wrote a piece on the chemistry of it and here it is:

The lycanthropy, classed as a virus by metamorphic scientists and biologists is a form of DNA manipulation that will try to target several areas of the body connected to the endocrine system via the use of metabolism - the same way larvae turns into an adult insect, but this time using the DNA of the original DNA and the virus' gene, which in this case is to do with / is wolf DNA. Lycanthropy is brought on by a large amount of bright Gamma Rays from a source, such as the moon, reflecting another source of Gamma Rays and multi-plying it by storing the heat before releasing it, the full moon is a perfect dose of Gamma Rays so it will start to take shape when a full moon casts upon a person with lycanthropy (a werewolf)'s skin.

Werewolves use their in-controllable wolf genes to catch pray that may not be necessarily eaten, therefore it could be classed as un-necessary deaths. But it is un-controllable in most cases, so it may be a little more different than murder.

Werewolves pratically only see edible living life as food, like any other ravenous wild dog or wolf. So they'd see anyone with any religion or even without in the same eyes.

When Gamma Rays lower their tone, as the moon sets or another light source constrasts out the Gamma Ray light source - the lycanthropy will settle down and slowly deplete the swelling in the endocrine system and bodily parts will become less wolf like and more human.

It has been knowledgable that you cannot remember what happened when being a werewolf as the same effect of drinking alcohol heavily is that to metamorphosis as it uses the same resources.

In films and other sources of mythology can blacken the truth of lycanthropy that is shown above.

Please note lycanthropy is now rare in urban areas as they have been cast out by torchlight sermonisers to get rid of the werewolves as they have been known to massacre.

See the realism?

Werewolf origin is actually unknown, but in folklore they are believed to have come from magic, yet the explaination of it is rabies - What they on? How'd you explain some of the sightings in real life of the spectrum - no technology for pranks back then, was there?

Well, I hope this improves your knowledge (as well as all readers)!

Thanks.

Excuse my English, It's not my main language.
