Okay if you dont know it involves six pencils and 2 people

You form a half rectangle with it. Same with the other person. You connect both of the half rectangles to make a full rectangle.

Then you and the person you are playing with both say " Charlie, Charlie, can we play?" at the same time and the pencils move forward by itself. Forward = yes
Backward = No

Then if you want to break contact you got to say " Charlie, Charlie can we stop?" If inward then yes backward no and keep playing.
If yes then you say goodbye and drop the pencils to break contact with the spirit

Does it have to do something with magnetic force of the pencils?

NOTE : Pencils do not move until you say " Charlie Charlie can we play?"

No.

"Pencils do not move until you say 'Charlie Charlie can we play?'"

Things don't move because you say things. Unless it's an electronic device with voice recognition. Or to the extent that the air coming out of your mouth moves things. This can be seen if you move your lips right next to a piece of kleenex, then talk.

it's just a dumb game. the pencils don't actually move on their own and their is no magnetic force in pencils.
