The last new moon was September 11 (12:45 GMT). I don't know what time zone you're in so you'll have to adjust accordingly. Here in NY state it would have occurred at 8:45 pm in the sign of Virgo at 18 degrees and 25 minutes of arc.

The full moon will occur here at 4:46 pm in 3 degrees and 20 minutes of Aries on Sept 26. Women's periods generally coincide with the moon cycles anyway.
