1. okay, so you're actually willing to start with beginners spells. that's a good sign, it means you'll probably last a little bit longer than the people who just jump right into the deepend (and subsequently drown).
mostly you just need to look around any typical bookshops. alot of them have your basic candle magic, divinations, easy stuff. it would be best for you to master as much as possible before moving on to intermediate.
2. temporal reconfiguration is strictly prohibited. A) because it's difficult as hell and dangerous once you start the spell's flow, B) because messing with the timeline is a big fat NO-NO! if you change any details, major or minor, you will drastically affect the future (and not just yours). as much as you could possibly say "i'll be extremely careful" or "i only want to change one or two things", temporal reconfiguration NEVER works out how people expect it to.
3. not prohibited, but morally destitute. a love spell screws with people's emotions and actions, essentially turning them into a puppet. someone else is driving and they can only watch as they make fools of themselves for the affection of some random witch.
not to mention, spells like that have a nasty habit of going into overdrive. your target will become desperately possesive of you after time.
the fact is, Magic is a pretty dangerous business. use it incorrectly or selfishly and it WILL come riht back around and hit you with three times the force. if you do want to practice magic, then stick with your first question until you actually know the rules.
honestly, though, i'm just thankful that you didn't ask for a mermaid spell.
