Whats the difference between ghosts/demons?

First of, I'm not crazy! But I'm pretty sure I have something in my house whether it being a ghost or a demon. I heard of a candle you can buy and it can tell you if you have a ghost in your house, I'm not sure if it can say what type of haunting it is, whether a ghost or a demon. I'm kinda of hesitant to try this I dont really want to know if it is a demon but at they same time I guess it's better to know what I'm dealing with, I mean it hasnt hurt anyone. Any ideas... Ignore it or figure out what it is and what it wants! Please help!

Christie,there is a huge difference between the two. A ghost,or spirit,is the conscience of a person who was once alive but is now dead. A spirit isn't evil. It comes around you because it's a family member that you were close to, it needs help,or just a spirit that prefers that place. A demon has never been human,is always negative,and has only one reason to be around:to cause as much fear,anger,hate,or any other negative feeling it can. Destroying people is it's only purpose. A demon doesn't just show up one day. It has to be called or invited. Chances are small you have a demon in your home. It may be a spirit,or it may be you are seeing,hearing normal things and making something paranormal out of nothing. Try talking to what you suspect may be a spirit. If you don't want to, see about having a paranormal group investigate. Good luck and try not to worry. If it is a spirit,it isn't going to hurt you.

there is many ways of figuring this out first of all has it happened to you that you happen to leave the city or house and you leave a bible somewhere well if it is a demon it will trash the house and tear all the pages of the bible like if mad and then it will do all kinds of crazy stuff if that is happening well it is a demon maybe you will wake up to find a scar or more in your body or somebody living in the house don't think about playing a Ouija board cause does thing don't work and they are just board that are said to talk to demons and tell you stuff is all you ok ghost are dead people or spirits of dead people that are going around the world they won't hurt anyone or try to kill anyone they will just appear and be standing next to your bed and scare you a lot and and they won't hurt you just think about that so if you hear someone walking down the stairs once you know it is not a demon then it is just a ghost but if it is a demon then do all you can call someone or do all you can to get it out because they can hurt yu or even kill you yeah kill you

Ghosts are sometimes souls who are restless and have bitter feelings, these are the bad ghosts. The good ghosts are spirits who remain roaming the earth either watching over loved ones or the place that they love, not yet ready to leave it behind. As for demons, from what I can tell, they are always evil and will definitely harm you. I say if this candle can tell you what it is, do it. If it's demon you got to get a priest or something, or else that thing will take over your home and it'll be too late.

Thats open to debate. But here is my opinion: Ghosts are the souls of humans that have died and from time to time, for whatever reason, are able to materialize in the physical realm. Demons are part of Satan's army, if you will. Look at it like Satan is the general and demons all hold lower rank. Again, thats just my opinion.

HOW PERSONS CAN BE FREE OF DEMONS



Demons (fallen angels and spirits of Nephilim) gain the right of way to possess or attach themselves to a person when that person sins. Having evil thoughts are sins too (Matthew 5:28). Authority over ALL evil spirits is given by the Lord Jesus Christ to believers only (Luke 10:19). Believers have authority in Christ to bind demons and cast them out of persons (themselves included) in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, providing all persons involved in the deliverance have repented of their sins. Certain demons are harder to cast out. The persons involved in the deliverance would have to practice Christian Prayer and Fasting in order to cast out these demons.

As a believer, you can get rid of the demons in your property, land or room by yourself or with others who are saved by saying a prayer in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is better if you pray with other Christians because the Lord Jesus promises to be in the presence of two or more believers gathered in His name (Matthew 18:20). Before you pray, you need to do two things. First, identify any cursed items or symbols in the property or land and destroy or anoint them accordingly. Occultic items (such as Ouija boards, witchcraft books and tools, books and other media that are against Christianity, tarot cards, crystal balls, fetishes and occultic jewelry) and occultic symbols must be destroyed. Such symbols must be erased, removed or painted over, and occultic items must be smashed or burnt.
