Well, I don't really use the net for spells. some of the sites are not trustworthy and I would suggest getting a book of beginners spells instead. they do plenty on amazon and Im sure there are some new age book stores around where you are.

You don't need websites for spells, write your own. There is more to witchcraft than spellcasting anyways. Do some research.
