Do you think Snow White was a vampire?

Before you dismiss it, here me out. My theory is that Snow White's stepmother was trying to save her kingdom from a vampire.

Snow's birth mother wished for a daughter as white as the snow outside her castle, as red as the blood that had had dripped out from her finger when she pricked it, and as dark as the black wood of her windowsill.

What kind of person has a snow-white complexion and blood-red lips?
A vampire!

What made Snow so beautiful (all the 'mirror, mirror on the wall' junk)?
Everyone knows that vampires are gorgeous, it's part of how they lure their prey!

Why did the 'evil' stepmother demand Snow's heart?
She believed that if the heart was removed, the vampire would nolonger exist.

Who were the 7 dwarfs?
Criminal midgets who had thought to take advantage of a young and beautiful girl, and ended up becoming Renfields.
(Renfield-a human who has fed a vampire but not died or turned, and become a mindless being that exists only to serve the vampire. From Dracula.)

What was the apple, and why did Snow eat it?
The apple was meant to bring full death (or full life) to an undead being, and Snow ate it because she was curious what mortal food tasted like.

Why don't people remember the truth about Snow White?
Because hers was a reign of terror, and she strongly discouraged belief in vampires (executed anyone who so much as hinted that vampires existed) so that no one would figue out how to kill her. By the time some intrepid vampire hunter killed her, all the people had forgotten the existence of vampires, and believed the official version (the Brothers Grimm one, not the Disney one) of what had happened to her. The reign of terror was explained by her experiences with her stepmother rotting her, and the long life was explained by a pact with the Devil.

I like your theory because really, fairy tales are a front story to children but have much deeper meanings.

A vampire itself has many different meanings. I would view this story as some divine ruler protecting their kingdom but against a select group of people hence, Snow White and her 7 dwarfs, but those select group of people can really never be rid of and constantly pop up all through history and into the future.

Thats a pretty good theory, apart from the mirror thing vampires don't have a reflection!

I like your theory and if this is true, I believe Snow White still exists, though she's since changed her name.

What an imagination you have! i reccommend you delete this and keep the idea private and write a book or short story about this. Pretty wicked idea. I love it!

Do not fall for this question, I was researching over this and saw the exact same question asked back in 2009 : https://answersrip.com/question/index?qid=20090406141326AA75XTR
