are demons real?

ok i am so scared because one of my friends said there is such things of demons

If you have faith in the greater good and you stay true to you and your loved ones, you should not have to worry about demons. Yes, demons are real but they are here to punish the evil people. You should not have to worry. Happy Holidays!

It depends upon your religious/philisophical beliefs. Because of this your answers will vary depending on who you ask, so ultimately you'll have to ask yourself that one.



As for me, I'd have to say yes. In my beliefs they aren't Demons like you'd see in the movies (you know big, red, evil & scary creatures), but rather evil spirits who try to affect the world in a negative manner. Don't worry about them too much, they can't force you to do anything you don't want to do, unless you invite them into your life. Fighting the fear you're feeling is simple enough too (broken down by what might help depending on your beliefs): For people who are religious, calling upon your God (gods) for strength & protection is usually sufficient to negate the fear that they might be bringing into your life. For the agnostic, self-confidence, self-assurance, and a little meditation should help in your fights against such fears (because you don't deny the existance of a greater power, you might aslo find that a little prayer/faith might be helpful). Finally for the Atheists, don't worry about it, they don't exist, it's all in your head (please don't take that as rude or sarcastic, I'm actually being serious and suggesting that you use this mindset to fight such fears). In the end, you have little to fear but fear its self.

If you believe in the Bible, there are many many instances of demon possessions and influences.

It goes all the way back to Genesis.

Example:The fallen angels married humans....

To the New Testament...example:

Over 2000 pigs jumped off a cliff when the demon's that called themselves "Legion -- for we are many" were cast out of a man and into the hogs by Jesus.

Demons are the fallen angels that were cast out of heaven along with Satan. Satan is the ruler of the Earth until Jesus returns and then Satan will be cast into the fiery pits of Hell along with his followers.

Their are multiple "wards" such as silver. Wearing silver wards of the majority of most mid-level demons. "Connected" shapes of salt or sulfur ward off lower level demons. also carrying an acorn in dirt in a pendant or a small capsule with you wards afrits and other wind and fire spirits.

I think that if you believe in demons they can become real in 'your world'. If you don't, then no. Everything springs forth from Imagination. Kind of like a scitzophrenia if you like. Personally, I don't believe in them. I don't believe even in the devil. My faith is 100% in all good. Evil is illusion and left only to man!

And don't worry about what the bible says, that too was written by man.
