In mythology, there are monsters that turn people into stone, like Medusa and Gorgon. My question is, are there any monsters with the capabilities to change someone who has been turned into stone back to their original human form? And if there are no monsters that can turn you back, is there any way at all to be cured, like a potion someone else could pour on you or something?

I don't believe a cure for those turned to stone was ever mentioned in Greek mythology. In fact, redemption isn't a big theme in that era. They are mostly stories of harsh punishments.

There is some mention of restoritive power of the blood from the actual Gorgon.

"In Greek mythology, blood taken from the right side of a Gorgon could bring the dead back to life, yet blood taken from the left side was an instantly fatal poison."

I can only think of one case from classical mythology where a statue (an ivory one) was turned to living flesh, which is the story of Galatea and Pygmalion. But she was not petrified. She started out as a statue. So I guess you'd have to go for divine intervention to be depetrified.

In the game Dungeons and Dragons you have a creature called Maedar which is the male counterpart of the Medusa. He can not petrify but can turn the stone back to flesh. A Dragon article described how they work together. The Medusa would petrify victims and Maedar would turn bits of the stone victim back to flesh so they could feast on it. It's not a creature from classical mythology though.
