I ve lived in my flat for over 2yrs and in that time ive experinced quite a few strange things, 1stly when my son was born id put him to bed and turn the monitors on sometimes id hear him cry so id go check and he'd be fast aleep but the covers had sometimes been pulled of him in a triangle shape done very neatly, Ive felt something at the bottom of my bed like a small child jumping ive had a few of these sometimes feel blowing in my face and someone touching the top of my head, But the most recent 1 was a few wks ago i woke up to see a girl in my room she walked towards the window and disappeared i can still remember what she looked like she had her hair tied back with a white blousse and a long skirt, at 1st i put it down to my mind playing tricks but the 3 nights ago i was semi asleep in bed when i felt like an electric shock on my leg the kind u get from static that made me jump and then i felt my covers pressing down at the side of me not tightly though, a bit later i woke up and seen a figure near my wardrobe (not sure if it was female or male although my gut instinct told me it was a girl) then it disappeared, Does anyone no if my electric shock was a spirt and do you think someones trying toget in touch with me? i have done some research on were i live and found out my flats built on a buriel ground from the 1800's 17000 adults and children died anyone can help me with my questions would be very much appreciated thank you

yes, ive expirenced spirit activity in my home, really, there is no reason to b afraid of the ghosts, they cant hurt u unless they r polgerists, but they're most likely not. that and they appear is because they are lonely, and want someone to know that he/she is there, and just wants to talk.

I too lived in a house that was haunted. A family of three had gone to the drive-in to watch a movie on the way home they were in an automobile accident and were killed. Sometimes when people die suddenly they don't know that they are dead and go on about their lives as if nothing happened. I was two years old when we moved in and we lived there until I was nine. In that time we saw lights go on and off, doors open and close, the TV would come on late at night when we were all in bed asleep. Sometimes ghosts will attach themselves to people and the little girl did with me. I'm now 53 and every once in awhile I can still feel her.

She probably feels the love you have in your heart and is reaching out to you. Do not be afraid. There is nothing evil about her and only people with half knowledge or none at all are the ones who will tell you bad things. Listen with your heart.

Please, for the people who read your question - use full stops. It'll make it so much easier to read. I had to force myself to carry on reading at some points, it's so hard to carry on concentrating on one entire sentence.

Anyway, I think if you actually willing to believe in paranormal activity, then you'll be easily tricked into thinking along those lines. Any noises, or creaks, cold drafts or anything else is going to engage your imagination. Especially when waking up when you're more susceptible. Some people keep on dreaming when they wake and open their eyes, so they'll see something and swear that it was real, maybe this could have happened to you? And with your son's blanket, it could be that when fidgeting in his sleep he threw the blanket off into a coincidental shape? I don't believe in spirits or ghosts or whatever, and I have never seen anything like that. I've heard odd noises at night but I just put it down to parts of the house contracting from the heat or something else.

Also, ever notice how you never hear people say they saw a ghost from recent times? It's all around 1800s and such. Never heard someone saw they saw an '80s ghost. That'd be cool though.

I don't know what to believe. When I was a child my siblings and I lived with my mum after my parents divorced. My mum was very ill for the last 6 years of her life and bedridden for the last 3 years. It was just her and us.

We had the strangest things happen. Light bulbs would burst, things would fall, strange sounds, and all sorts of oddities.

The local monseigneur got involved and the archdiocese investigated.

Then my mum died, we were shipped off to our dad, and we left all that strangeness behind us. Nothing followed us.

Strange times, I still don't know what to make of it and this was almost 40 years ago.

Hello,

as a spiritualist medium i can tell you that it is an earth bound spirit of a small girl child and she will be quite harmless. It seems she was frightened of the dark and was often taken into the mothers bed for comfort. Talk to her and tell her that there is a much better and safer place waiting for her if she will go there to join her mother. Or get your local priest in to exorcise her.

She will always be good company if you wish to continue.

electric shock thing could be restless leg syndrome

Our house is quite old (pre UK land registry) and both me and my partner have sensed numerous spirits hanging around it. My partner and myself, are Pagan, and have the attitude, all spirits are free to come and go, so long as they mean no harm. We're just the latest in a fair line of residents

I've sensed a horse, and friend has heard it, in our OLD slightly unusually proportioned garage. That fits with the 1901 census which states one of the occupants of our house was milk man, and in 1901 he'd have had a horse and cart. Couple of people have reported sensing/seeing a couple of "Victorian" children peaking through the banisters, into our living room.

Most common encounter has been a couple who myself and my partner, call Mr and Mrs Albert. Only my partner has seen Mrs Albert with her eyes, and that was when she was hanging some washing out on a line. While the washing post is still there, there wasn't a line to it. She seemed to a woman in 50's/60s clothing, and of about 40 years.

While I haven't seen her, I can usually tell when she's around. Often on Wednesday evenings, and she's in the hall for a few minutes, with an lingering smell of a perfume, It's as if she's going out for the evening to something like women's group (don't think it's bingo, or going to a film). My partner saids she's had a suspicion she's of to some kind of spiritualist meeting.

Albert is the entity who we first noticed in this house, and the one who I've had most experiences of. He seems to like an old fashioned (1950s?) tobacco, and when it can be smelt it's a certain sign he's around. He's VERY interactive for a ghost. I 1st noticed him watching when cooking some food in the microwave, he was clearly interested in what I doing. Next I he was around when I was doing some DIY with power-tools. My partner likes the film Gone with the Wind, and BOTH of us sensed Albert watching it with us and at one point BOTH of us heard Albert say "Wow! movies on a record!". Talking of TV, If there's a program about ghosts on the telly he'll often sit in an unoccupied chair and watch it, offering the occasional comment. He don't like supernatural fiction though!

I've only seen Albert looking FULLY solid once. Maybe that was something like a "video recording" ghost. Was about 2pm, in full sunlight, and there was this short man, quite plump, with a slightly flushed face, walking up the back yard. Apart from his CLEAN boiler suit, he looked a fair bit like Fred Dibnah.

Wonder if Albert might have been a foreman, or maybe some kind of engineer in the former woollen mill just behind us. Would go some way to explain his interest in "new things", and technology.

There was a problem a while back with part of the garage floor subsiding, so I had a look what was causing the problem. Turned out there was an old manhole that had been filled in with all kinds of junk, and over time it had rusted/decayed. An old solid body pram, parts of pedal bikes, old white wall tyres, odd oil/pant cans cans, was even a something I think is a small electric fan cooled heat exchanger (perhaps something to with the milkman?). Most interesting was the motorbike parts- part of an old black and white bike number plate, (the kind that sits on the front mud guard and is curved), and a front head light. After I found the motor-bike part there was a change in the house's atmosphere, and it was as Albert was no longer as tied to the house as he had been. Wonder if it was the remains of Albert's bike that I found, and if he's now enjoying some of his ghostly existence out on his bike. He still pops back in from time to time. Having asked him, I'm SURE he knows he's passed-over. Having asked him about it too I KNOW that at the moment he's 100% happy with his current existence.

So to answer your question about is someone trying to get in contact with you? probably, they'd ignore you if you weren't interesting, or else able to help them in some small way.

yes spirits do exsist. i had an experience. from what u described, i def do not think your mind is playing tricks on you. spirits will never harm you. alot of times if you let them know that you know they're there and ask them to leave they will.

You're a fruitloop who can't use paragraphs.

Ghosts don't exist.

Hope that helps.
